Hand-cut from copper sheet, then meticulously hand painted and torch-fired.
The colors are made of vitreous enamel, which is glass that has been ground to a find powder. Layer by layer, the different colored glass powders are sifted or painted on and fired, permanently fusing a shimmering and durable design onto the silhouette.
